Kisii County Assembly Majority Leader Protus Moindi has been ousted and replaced by his deputy Pius Abuki.
Members of the ODM party in the county say the ousted leader had not been representing the party interests in the assembly.
The changes were announced yesterday in the assembly by speaker Kerosi Ondieki in a letter dated November 17, and signed by ODM branch chairman David Okachi.
The new leader, Abuki promised to bring sanity to the assembly.
