NAIROBI, KENYA: Court has discharged temporary orders that had been issued cushioning Nairobi Governor Kidero from criminal prosecution.
Justice Isaac Lenaola said that Governor Kidero and Nairobi women representative had failed to reach an amicable solution to their feud over claims that the Governor assaulted Shebesh.
Lawyers for the two parties appeared in court on Monday and confirmed that reconciliation efforts ordered by the court did not materialise.
Lawyer Cecil Miller for Shebesh told court that his client was willing to face charges of causing disturbance and asked the court to go ahead and set a date for the charges to preffered against her.

Lawyer Tom Ojienda for Kidero however accused Shebesh of bad faith and argued that the governor was still reaching out to her for an out of court settlement.
