Former Arsenal forward Andrey Arshavin and his wife Alisa are set to divorce.
According to Daily Mail, Arshavin who plays FC Kairat in Kazakhstan is accused of an affair by his wife.
“Him cheating was only one of the reasons that pushed me to make such decision,” Alisa, 35, told Russian magazine Starhit.
“Why would the entire country think that he would leave me with three children?

The Russian was one of the most exciting talents in European football when he joined Gunners from Zenit St Petersburg in 2009.
Arshavin married the 35 year old in September 2016.
