Brazil under-20 international Douglas Luiz has joined Manchester City .
The 19-year-old joins for a free of around £10million from Brazilian side Vasco Da Gama, report the Manchester Evening News.
The teenager is a silky-skilled attacking midfielder who excelled for Vasco when they were promoted to Brazil’s top flight in his debut season in the first team.
Luiz netted two goals in 15 appearances during that campaign before establishing himself as a regular last season, scoring three goals in 24 games as Vaso established themselves in mid-table.
