Ingredients:
Seasoned salt to season and taste
Ground black pepper for seasoning and taste
8 pork chops
1 cup all-purpose flour
Cayenne pepper
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the pork chops
In a glass bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and flour. Dredge each piece of pork with the combine flour mix on both sides. Place on a plate and set aside.
In a heavy skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the butter, once they are hot, reduce the heat to low, place the pork pieces in the hot oil, allow to cook until golden brown on both sides or cooked trough (make sure no pink juices remain)
Your pork chops are ready to serve.
