Mombasa, Kenya: Former Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Division One side Admiral FC of Mombasa is ready to release some of their top players to strengthen Bandari’s playing unit before the start of the 2015 Premier League. Admiral’s Technical Director Aariff Baghazal said Bandari was the only Mombasa-based team, which represents the entire Coastal region in top-flight football and needed to be supported.
“Bandari has been having striking problems as witnessed in the 2014 season and we are ready to offer our top five strikers and a defender to the team free of charge,” said Baghazal.
Bandari’s Media Liaison Officer Ernest Mbalanya supported Admiral’s gesture, but said the proposed players must undergo trials when the team resumes training on January 5.
