Kenyans swept the men's medals and women's top two at the Hefei Marathon on Sunday.
William Kiprono Yegon finished first in two hours, 10 minutes and 23 seconds, ahead of Ronny Kipkoech Kiboss who timed 2:12:18.
Evans Kipkorir Taiget was third in 2:12:19.
In the women's race, Winfridah Kwamboka Nyansikera triumphed in 2:33:18, 57 seconds clear of Melesech Tsegaye Beyene who came in second.
Mohammed Bizunesh Urgesa from Ethiopia finished third in 2:35:16.
