Homebuyers, further explains Muthoni, can make comparisons on properties and make decisions in an informed environment. In addition, they can also make arrangements for a mortgage on the chosen property through Housing Finance.
In addition to touring homes in the comfort of a chauffeured touring bus, buyers will receive educational tips and information from real estate professionals on various topics related to the home buying process. The tour will start on Friday with a trip that will take potential investors from the Parklands area through Kilimani and Rongai.
The tour will be targeted at properties in various stages of development and authenticated by the Property Point.
The convenience of the bus has seen an upsurge of potential homeowners registering for the tour. Equally, the tours have attracted a lot of attention from Kenyans in the Diaspora.
This year’s tour has been organised to coincide with a period when Kenyans in the Diaspora travel back to the motherland to join in the holiday festivities.
