Secretary to the Cabinet Francis Kimemia (above) has been summoned to appear before a magistrate’s court in a case where he has sued a blogger.
The summons were issued by Magistrate Joseph Karanja after Kimemia failed to appear in court yesterday to testify in a case where he has accused blogger Robert Alai of misinformation.
The summons were issued after Alai, through his lawyer Edward Oonge, argued that everybody was equal before the law regardless of the position they are holding in society.
