Farmers have been urged to use ideas from agricultural exhibitions to transform farming technologies and boost agriculture in the region.
Speaking at the weekend during an agri-business expo at the Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology, Agriculture Executive Stanley Chepkwony told farmers that ideas from experts during such events go a long way in reviving agriculture.
"Such forums help farmers gain knowledge on best practices in farming, new varieties of food crops, animals and best management practices that can turn around their farming," said Dr Chepkwony.
