You have most probably heard that in the next few months, Kenya will host several internationally acclaimed music stars. They include Trey Songz, Chris Brown, Keri Hilson, Erikah Badu and Jamaican’s Demarco, Jah Cure and Popcaan.
Clearly, Kenya has reclaimed its status and is now becoming an international artistes’ hot spot.
Eve Gal and The Dude have learnt that RnB legend Baby Face will perform in Kenya in February. The company hosting him is gearing up for a product launch during the concert. His show will apparently be similar to the James Ingram one. Keep it here for more.
Popcaan of the Party Shot fame announced on his Twitter handle over the weekend that he would perform in Kenya on New Year’s Eve. His post read: “Kenya yaaaooow... you been waiting too long. Roll out Dec 31st.” The Jamaican dancehall star did not reveal who will host him though.
?Knock You Down star Keri Hilson also beat her Kenyan promoter in announcing her December show when she said on her Twitter verified page: “Mid-December! I’m performing in Tanzania & Kenya for the 1st time!”

She was rumoured to visit the country mid last year, but rapper EVE came instead alongside Shaggy.
As for Trey Songz, Kenyan fans knew of his visit via Nigerian popstar Davido known for hits like Dami Duro and Ekuro. Davido also posted on Twitter: “Good morning guysss……its official!! Kenya!!! Davido (and) Trey Songz concert get ready!”
