Kenya is not out of the woods yet as the Covid-19 positivity rate now hits 12.5 per cent.
On Wednesday, the Health Ministry said that some four hundred and sixty-seven people have tested positive for the disease from 3,728 samples conducted in the last 24 hours.
Three hundred and sixty-two of the new cases are Kenyans while one hundred and five (105) are foreigners.
The country now has 327,892 total confirmed cases and 3,710,673 tests conducted since the onset of the disease in March 2020.

An additional one hundred and twelve patients have recovered from the coronavirus.
“All were discharged from the Home-Based and Isolation Care Program,” Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said in a statement.
Total recoveries are now 319,903, while fatalities remain 5,651.
“49 patients are currently admitted in health facilities countrywide and three are in the ICU.”
Kenya has administered 18.5 million vaccines so far.
Only 31.4 per cent of the adult population is fully inoculated.
