Wayne Rooney’s son wants England shirt with Vardy’s name on the back

Wayne Rooney has admitted he has to fight for his England future – but has already been dropped in his own household.

The Three Lions skipper has revealed he can't take his “England place for granted” with Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy staking their claim.

But he has already been usurped in the Rooney home, with his boy Kai asking for an England shirt with “Vardy” on the back!

“My lad has asked me to get him and England kit with Vardy on the back”.
