A seasoned politician caused drama in Kisumu town on Friday night after taking two ladies in a hotel room he had booked for his weekend stay – that contrary to the agreement he had made with the hotel management.
Booked in one of Kisumu’s premier hotels, the high ranked mheshimiwa, who was part of the leaders attending the President’s functions in the lake-side city, had traveled with a female friend from Nairobi, with the two registering their names under one room in the hotel upon their arrival on Thursday.
However, on Friday night, he showed up with a different lady, who he spent a couple of hours with in the room.
As he was seeing the second woman off, the hotel management slammed him with a huge bill, saying he had brought in a stranger and that he had to pay extra.
“But I booked in for two... What is wrong with you people,” he is reported to have shouted.

And as he was sorting the mess, his original date returned to find a shouting match.
