Popular bongo star Diamond Platnumz is a known philanthropist having engaged in life changing projects that have transformed the lives of people he has reached so far.
The father of three who celebrated his birthday on October 2, 2018, has promised to celebrate his birthday in style with people in his hometown, Tandale.
Diamond has offered to provide health Insurance to more than 300 children in his home village, to ensure that their medical bills are taken care of.
“Wiki Nzima ya Birthday yangu, Ijumaa nitakuwepo pale Tandale na nitaalika watu tofauti tofauti. Na lengo langu kubwa ni kuzungumza na vijana wa Tandale na kuwapa maneno ya kuwapa moyo ile wajue ni wapi tumetoka ni wapi tunaelekea. Na siku hiyo nitatoa health Insurance kwa watoto sio chini ya miatatu” he said.
Having brought up by his mother, he added that he would sponsor over 200 women in order to boost their income as well as elevating them.
“Pia pale Tandale nitatoa nitaji kwa kina Mama Zaidi ya mia Mbili ili biashara zao ziweze kuimarika na kuona kwamba pia wanajitemea" he said.
As part of his birthday celebrations, the singer also promised to renovate a number of schools in his village, including the one he attended.
Not only that, unemployed youth in Tandale will get 20 motorbikes to kick start their lives.
“Pale Tandale kuna vijana ambao hawana ajira kwa hivyo tutatoa Bodaboda 20 kwa vijana ili kuwa kama ajira” he added.
