Two men have been charged with stealing two Biro pens and a toothbrush on August 23, 2018, at Obunga estate, Kanyakwar sub-location in Kisumu County.
Felix Ouma and Frank Onyango allegedly broke into Gervin Owino’s house at night and stole, among other things, a handkerchief, earphone, a phone charger, two cushions and three sufurias valued at Sh4, 335.
One of the suspects pleaded not guilty to the charges, while his co-accused pleaded guilty.
The case is set to be mentioned at a later date because the police were still looking for the sufurias to present as evidence before the court.
In the same court, Kennedy Amago was charged with stealing a packet of unga valued at Sh110, the property of United Millers at Kisumu East District in Kisumu County.
