After Jimmy Gait dropped his version of Adelle’s Hello, we guessed it was going to be downhill from there.
Since then, a few courageous souls have unsuccessfully tried their vocals at it.
Then singers Titus Wainaina aka Tito and Wambui aka Poetic B showed up at the Inooro TV studios and debuted the Kikuyu rendition of ‘Hello’.
A rendition that had gone viral on social media and this time, not for the wrong reasons.
“Let me start by saying I can't remember the last time I heard a song and opened my mouth wide with nothing to say, like seriously this is a killer. Tito and Wambu it's all stars for you guys,” Nyambura Masharia raved.
