As I grew up, one of my favourite music teacher, used to tell me, that simplicity was the solution to the problems. Turns out he was right.

As I watched Majic Mike’s “Nataka” remix, I saw the simplicity with which the video was done.

Majic Mike features Papa Mugithi in the new song; together they give a simple yet catchy rythm. The video is marked by some created old scenes, ladies swinging their necks to the beats, and Papa Mugithi, giving it a traditional bit.

There is a sense of humor throughtout the video, which anyone cannot ignore. The artiste dresses in old attire-represents and old age,-yet clearly stating his message in the music.

'Nataka' video is prove that we sometimes don’t need to splash millions into our video, the simplicity, the talent and the message can all in one give a catchy rhythm that you would want to listen to.

However, they should have considered a wider perspective of covering the video without necessarily locking us in the shanties throughtout the video.

It apparently does what it's suppose to do: Entertain
