Two girls who were abandoned by their mothers after their fathers were fired have been rescued.
Kenya Commercial Bank has offered each of them a four-year scholarship. One mother abdicated her daughters after her husband, who worked in cooperative society, was dismissed.

The two girls from Mbeere are among five top pupils who have been offered scholarships by the bank.
