A man caught on camera assaulting a security guard at an estate in Komarock appeared before a Makadara law court yesterday.
Justus Kamoja, 31, a broker, is said to have harmed Damaris Kemunto on November 24.
He appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Angelo Kithinji.
On the material day, the accused, who was driving, wanted Ms Kemunto to open the gate for him without clearance.
Kamoja got furious and beat up Kemunto for stopping him before members of the public came to her rescue.

Kamoja pleaded not guilty, and begged for an out-of-court settlement.
The court granted him a cash bail of Sh30, 000 pending mention on December 11.
