Kenya will today host an international forum on recycling plastic bottles a year since the use of plastic materials for packaging was banned.
The forum organised by Kenya PET Recycling Company will feature Ministry of Environment and Forestry, National Environment Management Authority, Embassy of the Netherlands, and manufacturers’ lobbies.
It will be at KICC. The firm said local plastic bottle recycling industry processed 20,000 tonnes annually.
