When a voice resembling that of a human being was heard by people around City Square in Kisumu on Saturday inside a billboard post, everyone including the police and fire brigade was on their toes to the scene to see and participate in 'rescue' operation.
As the sound became louder by the time, after survey it was decided that the hollow billboard post was to be cut to enhance rescue.
Nevertheless, after the whole operation where a huge hole was cut on the stand and people looked in, no traces of life was found in the pillar.
