A petitioner challenging Navakholo MP Emmanuel Wangwe's win has alleged massive pre-marking of ballot materials was the main method employed on poll day to deny him victory.
Joseph Omukanda said marking the papers before the polling stations opened compromised the fairness of the election.
In his sworn affidavit on Thursday, Mr Omukanda told the court that voters were asked to mark using a red pen to allegedly counter the marks made earlier.
Hearing continues today.
