A group of four teachers and a political activist in Muhoroni, Kisumu County, are spending sleepless nights as they stare into a possible arrest after they allegedly swore false affidavits to help a politician file an appeal at the High Court to challenge the outcome of the ODM nominations.
The teachers have been on the run after the police launched investigations into their conduct with a view of pressing criminal charges against them. They have now owned up and have recorded statements with the police and may soon be arrested and
