REIGN OF TERROR: Top officer's spoilt son calls shots in neighbourhood

A top police officer who lives in Utawala has set tongues wagging.

Besides using a convoy fit for a higher office than his when going home from the office, complete with blaring sirens, his son has been a source of terror for anyone who crosses his path. 

According to reports, one person whose car left a scratch on the dreaded son's vehicle was beaten senseless.

The victim was warned that he could not complain anywhere about the matter.

Rumours of neglected 'baby mamas' have also been doing the rounds in relation to the young man.

Two years ago, the young man is said to have organised to have a club in the area closed after he was beaten up there by patrons after he went antagonizing everyone with his usual imperious airs.
