Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua says the Jubilee government has delivered most of its pre-election pledges and therefore deserves another term.
Speaking on her two-day tour of the county to drum up support for President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election, Ms Karua said anyone dissatisfied with the Government's delivery of various services at the grassroots should blame their respective county governments.
"Before you accuse the Government of under-performance, consider whether that role is a devolved or national government function," she said.
Karua said Uhuru had shown commitment to supporting devolution.
