Raila Odinga should never be President Uhuru Kenyatta’s replacement even if he campaigns 1000times more than the latter. In this article I will undeniably outline reasons why Raila, who lately has become the champion in the fight against corruption in this country, should not be the president.
Often, during CORD’s public rally Odinga and his acquaintances are always on top of their voices lampooning, castigating and criticizing the government like a spot over the alleged corruption and lack of inclusivity in public appointments. Any liberal minded citizen can’t help but critically analyze Mr. Odinga’s time as the PM of this country.
Only those who cannot comprehend simple things in life (goons) and CORD political wannabes will believe that Raila is the savior this country is missing.
Although the current regime has been mired by fraud, under Raila’s tenure as the Prime Minister of this country, his close lieutenants were involved in major ill-gotten gains and misuse of public funds by leading outrageously lavish standards of living. It needs nothing more than common sense to comprehend this.
The then minister of lands James Orengo sold Lamu land to the highest bidder. He made so much money at one time he bought at cash a tie worth 50,000 and a suite ksh0.5 million. Nyongo when he was the minister for health was involved in a scandal involving Clinics healthcare. Otieno Kajwang as the minister for Immigration sold Kenya citizenship to the uppermost buyer and felons and extremists or their sympathizers who found their way to Kenya from Somalia and other parts of the world.

As if that is not enough, it is the same Raila, alias Tinga, who picked his sister as Consular General in United States of America, his brother as second in command in the ministry of Finance, his cousin deputy whip and later, went to stay in a hotel paying 800k per month using tax payers’ money.
Raila is the least person we expect to pontificate others on how they are squandering public money and how they are involved in nepotism and corruption. Whether they offer preferential services to their tribesmen or not, so long as they are legible Kenyans let Raila stop using it for political mileage in pursuit to revive his dwindling political ambitions.
I’m not in any way, whatsoever, justifying corruption and rendering the government a flawlessness institution, but Raila’s noise is simply because it’s others eating and not himself and his co conspirators.
