Thika Sports Club will tomorrow host a golf day sponsored by the Mighty Tours and Travel Agency in conjunction with Qatar Airways, an event promising excitement and fun.
Mighty Tours and Travel Managing Director Julius Kibe said members and their guests will witness a game full of unconventional prizes that will see winners enjoy business-class return tickets to any destination in the world courtesy of Qatar Airways.
“It’s a big event where best performing golfers will enjoy prizes valued at more than USD 20,000 and at the same time enjoy a golf carnival, refreshments and an after-party,” notes Kibe.
He added that the event is backed by many business partners including Air Uganda, Air Rwanda, Enashipai Resort, Mombasa Continental Beach Resort, Mombasa Continental Beach resort, Serena Hotels, Heritage Hotels, Sawela Lodges, Sarova Hotels, Lake Nakuru Lodge, Leisure Lodge and Amadeus East Africa among others.

This event will be graced by among others, Amos Ngonjo, the Managing Director Bonfide Group, James Kimondo the Gazebo Hospitality Chief Executive, Lloyd Masika CEO Stephen Waruhiu and Donald Mwaura, Managing Director Donwoods Ltd and Savana Cement.
Others are Paul Kagwama, the Managing Director of Namsi Limited, Henry Maina of Trans Business Machines TBM, Peter Kanyago, Managing Director Fedex and Flavour Mangula of IBM, just to mention but a few.
Thika Spirts Club captain Charles Ngunjiri said there will be teams from various firms and institutions including the Bonfide Group of Companies, Gazebo Hospitality, Mt Kenya University, Lloyd Masika, TBM, Namsi, Fedex, Savanna Cement, among others.
Meanwhile, the Kenya Forestry Service series will proceed to Nyanza Golf Club in Kisumu tomorrow. Nyanza Club chairman Ochieng’ Ajulu said the club has prepared for the event which has attracted about 100 golfers.
Sigona will be hosting the monthly Mug, sponsored by Craigs Sports Limited.
