IEBC has absolved itself from blame from the confusion evidenced in the party nominations countywide.
The electoral body has rubbished claims by various members of the public that they are responsible for the delays in delivery of electoral materials to the polling stations.
“We wish to inform members of the public that the on-going elections are being conducted by the parties and not IEBC,” they said in a message to newsrooms.
IEBC added that they are only monitoring the exercise to ensure compliance.
