This follows the killing of Lami Bocha on December 24, 2018 at Huri in Tsavo East National Park.
Prosecution told the court that it had recommended murder charges against Njoroge at the High Court in Malindi and that the rest be charged with accessories after the fact of murder at the Garsen law courts.
The suspects, who are represented by lawyers James Mouko, Dancun Nyongesa and Joseph Luta, objected to the application claiming that the lower court had no jurisdiction to transfer the case.
Wewa referred the matter to the High Court in Malindi for direction.
