Nairobi, Kenya: Two supporters of Senator Mike Sonko died after being crashed at Muthurwa's footbridge.
The two were among a host of Sonko's supporters, who were being ferried from Jubilee headquarters to the town centre in a lorry.
It is reported that they were standing in the moving canter when they went under the bridge and crushed their heads in the process.
They died on the spot.
The supporters had accompanied the Senator to the party offices where he was issued with his nomination certificate by Deputy President William Ruto.
