The Geothermal Development Company has finally ratified the instrument that effectively establishes a union.
GDC staff union is under the umbrella of Kenya Electrical Trades and Allied Worker's Union. The recognition agreement has now created the Geothermal KETAWU Branch.
In a brief signing ceremony at Kawi House in Nairobi, Johnson ole Nchoe, the GDC boss, said the union will help resolve grievances amicably.
