As the celebrated student leader of UoN Babu Owino was busy organizing the student army to show HELB C.E.O how comrades are peaceful till you mess with their peace on the 22th September demos, the outgone Secretary General of Moi University Justin Justus Safari was busy politicizing the matter, terming it as Babu Owino`s selfish interests
Both speaking under different confusing offices, that is Kenya University Students Association (KUSO) for Babu and Kenya National University Students Association (KNUSO) for Safari, who claims the Rift, North, West and Eastern who are favored by numbers were not involved in planning the strike and were therefore not subject to participation.

The helb offices responded to the demonstations via their twitter account saying that that they were in the process of disbursing the loans.
