Coalition for Reforms and Democracy leaders plan to share information on corruption with US President Barack Obama, when he visits Kenya later this week.
Senate Minority Leader Moses Wetang'ula said they will meet President Obama as Opposition leaders.
"We have a clear agenda that we will discuss with President Obama about corruption, which is killing the country. We will tell him that money from foreign aid is being misused," said Mr Wetang'ula.
Obama has indicated that corruption is one of the topics lined up for discussion with President Uhuru Kenyatta on his first state visit to Kenya.
"We will tell him how money has been pumped into the National Youth Service and that corruption will not be tolerated," the Bungoma Senator said.
He said Uhuru should ask Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru to step aside in the same manner her counterparts including Labour's Kazungu Kambi, Michael Kamau (Transport) and Davis Chirchir (Energy), Henry Rotich (Agriculture), and Charity Ngilu (Lands) did.

"Ms Waiguru has been named in many scandals in her ministry already and we want the President to take action against her. When I was named in a scandal involving Tokyo Embassy, I stepped down for six months to pave way for investigation. And so, Waiguru should follow suit and allow independent bodies to investigate her while out of office," said Wetang'ula.
He expressed displeasure with the Government's budget, saying county governments have been allocated 91 per cent less what they deserved.
“That is why there is a need for a referendum that would see allocations increase. For instance, Vihiga County should have been allocated Sh11 billion instead of Sh4 billion,” the legislator said.
He spoke at Kegoye village Sunday during the requiem mass for John Vitisia, brother to Kenya's Ambassador to Burundi, Ken Vitisia.
Vihiga Governor Moses Akaranga asked the national government to surrender the functions meant for the county governments to allow them plan and budget for them.
"As we speak, the national government does not fund the repair of roads under Kenya Rural Roads Authority yet they are in bad shape. We want those functions to be fully released to the counties," Mr Akaranga said.
Vihiga County Assembly Speaker Dan Chitwah cautioned county leaders against discussing budgetary issues without counter-checking the facts from the assembly, saying that would mislead the public.
