Nairobi; Kenya: Kenya's tourism fraternity is set to join other industry players at the 35thWorld Travel Market in London. Some 46 industry players will exhibit alongside the Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) at the four-day global travel event, which starts today.

The Kenyan delegation will be led by East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism Cabinet Secretary Phyllis Kandie and will include KTB Managing Director Muriithi Ndegwa.

Among the exhibitors are 11 counties that will exhibit and also leverage on the event to showcase tourism products in the international platform. "We will be in London to let the world know that Kenya is open for business and position Kenya as the ultimate holiday destination and rebuild confidence in the industry," said Mr Ndegwa.
