I write on behalf of owners of houses in the Nyayo Embakasi Phase 2, which NSSF developed.
This phase is over two-years-old, yet many of the bonafide owners have not received titles for their houses.
Despite numerous promises from NSSF that these vital documents would be availed, to date it has been a frustrating exercise going to the NSSF offices to demand for the same.
The excuse is that the Lands ministry is holding the documents, yet ministry’s officials deny this. So, who is telling the truth and who will save the house owners from this endless saga?
Could the Commissioner of Lands, the minister, and the managing trustee of these houses save us from this agony?
Every Kenyan should be treated well. It is the right of residents here to know what is going on.
