Despite the fact that our emotions contribute in a big way to a cheerful mood; our bodies also determine how good you feel about yourself.
When you do not feel well physically you will always end up cranky and this can affect your interaction with those around you negatively.
On the other hand being in a good mood means your social interactions are less stressful and much more positive. Some foods contain substances that can trigger the production of enzymes and hormones that may help uplift your mood.
Before you get out of the house, always ensure you take a well-balanced breakfast. This will help you go through the better part of the day full of energy which comes along with a feeling of calmness.
Always include some fibre, and all the major nutrient elements of protein, carbohydrates and vitamins.
Ensure you have taken all the three meals of the day. Skipping meals may lead to you feeling low and lacking in energy to go about your day. Hunger will only prevent you from focusing on your daily responsibilities.
