The secretary-general of the Central Organisation of Trade Unions, Mr Francis Atwoli, has asked House Speaker Kenneth Marende to stop making "reckless" statements on MPs taxes.
The Cotu boss said Kenyans MPs had lost touch with people on the ground and were on a mission to enrich themselves at the expense of the poor.
He showered praise on MPs who had declared interest in having their allowances taxed, saying they had set a good precedent that should be emulated.
"Why should a hawker be taxed? Each day commuters on public transport are being taxed and yet MPs do not want to pay tax," he asked.
He termed them "Horrible" Members of the tenth parliament adding that the axe was soon falling on them.
He once more got into war with Labour minister John Munyes who was supposed to open the African Regional Organisation of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC-Africa) conference for not showing up or sending a representative saying he has lost touch with the ministry.
He asked President Kibaki and Prime minister Raila Odinga to sack the minister due to lack of coordination with the relevant organisations within the ministry.
He said the labour ministry has become a talking shop only targeting the workers movements instead of working tighter with the bodies.
He threatened to mobilise workers to eject the minister from his office if the President and the PM would not take action.
