What you will need:
1kg of beef steak, cut into cubes
4 onions, sliced
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of minced ginger

1 tablespoon of minced ginger
2 capsicums, sliced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 cups of water
What to do:
Add the oil to a pressure cooker and sauté the onions until soft. Add the meat and mix well. Add the garlic, ginger, minced capsicum, black pepper, curry powder, salt and vinegar, and mix well. Add the water, cover and pressure cook for about 25 minutes.
Remove the lid, mix well and cook without the lid for a further 10 minutes or until all the liquid has evaporated and the oils are bubbling up. Serve with ugali, mkate wa ufuta or rice and maziwa lala. Enjoy!
