Nadia Mukami confirms split from Arrow Bwoy after months of speculation

Kenyan music power couple Nadia Mukami and Arrow Bwoy have officially parted ways.

The revelation was made public by the award winning songstress through an emotional statement shared on her Instagram stories.

The mother of two described the split as a difficult but necessary decision that followed months of deep reflection.

She acknowledged that the transition has taken a toll on her well-being, especially as they try to navigate their new reality as co-parents.

"Over the past few months, I made the difficult decision to go separate ways with my partner," Nadia wrote.

She explained that the journey has not been easy for either of them because they were not only partners in life, but also parents to young children who mean the world to them.

Nadia laid bare the behind the scenes of her seemingly thriving marriage, confessing to fighting tirelessly in a bid to keep her family together before ultimately reaching her breaking point.

"I have hoped and prayed that things would have been different for the last 1 and half years as we have been on and off. Being a lady that always wanted family; I fought soo hard but I guess I lost. Battling postpartum, a new baby, a failed relationship, a toddler, public image, business & career should be added to a million ways to die," she wrote.

Nadia however assured fans that the former couple remains unified in their duties as parents, emphasizing that their primary focus moves forward on providing a peaceful environment for their kids.

The musical duo first stole the hearts of fans in 2019 after collaborating on the hit single Radio Love, which sparked a whirlwind romance.

They publicly confirmed their relationship in 2021, followed by a picture-perfect public engagement in March 2022 during Arrow Bwoy's album launch.

They would later welcome two sons, Kai and Kiyan.

The split, which Arrowbwoy is yet to comment on, comes on the heels of recent public friction between the two.

Just last month, the couple made headlines when Nadia publicly condemned Arrow Bwoy's collaborative track titled Sidechick, labeling it disrespectful to their family and demanding it be pulled down.
