Socialite Vera Sidika has announced she's going to be a mum again.
Taking to Instagram, Vera, currently in her third trimester, said she found out she was pregnant when her first-born daughter, Asia, was four and a half months.
In addition, Vera said she had to cancel her trip for breast enlargement surgery to embrace her new journey.
"Sweethearts, Asia's sibling is on the way!!! God had plans for our little family to grow bigger. Imagine we Discovered at 4 & half months. Just when I was about to go for my breast enlargement surgery. I had to cancel my trip & embrace our little miracle," wrote Vera.
The beauty entrepreneur added she was grateful to her husband, singer Brown Mauzo and expressed her excitement at her daughter getting a sibling.
"I've learnt that being pregnant means everyday is another day closer to meeting the other love of our life. Thanks to hubby @brownmauzo254 for this blessing & shooting babies every year today, we're officially 7 months pregnant. Super happy that Asia gets a sibling she'll grow with, "added Vera.
Hundreds of fans camped in the comment section and congratulated the couple on their parenthood journey.
Vera and Mauzo welcomed their first child, Asia, on October 21, 2021, through an elective Caesarean delivery.
The socialite's decision to undergo Elective Caesarean delivery did not come as a surprise to many as she had earlier informed her fans she intended to have a painless birth experience.
"Ever since I thought of having kids in my adult life, I said to myself I'll do it only if I don't have to experience labour. So I have forever been team CS (scheduled). I don't want to feel an inch of labour pain.," said Vera.
She added, "In fact, I even want to slay. Have my wig and makeup on fleek during my delivery. I honestly can't deal with pain. Y'all keep saying CS takes time to heal, who told you I'm in a hurry to heal? Normal delivery? No, I will not do that to my birth canal."
