Has Lady Gaga Undergone Plastic Surgery?

Lady Gaga has sparked speculation that she may have recently undergone a nose job, after it looked suspiciously thinner at a recent event.

Having rarely been seen in public since having hip surgery earlier this year, the Poker Face singer stepped out at the TriBeCa Pride Rally in New York on Friday.

According to news.com, Gaga took to the stage to speak at the celebration and the bridge of her nose appeared to be slimmer and smaller.

The 27-year-old has spoken out about her looks and in the past and vowed she would never go under the knife.

"I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2011.

"I think promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."

A spokesperson for Gaga refused to comment on the claims.
