Actress Brenda Wairimu was left perplexed after a Tanzanian comedian known as MC Pilipili shared an old photo of her daughter when she was six weeks old with a rather bizarre caption. “Daddys Daughter @elphina_mathias… I love you!! Balozi wa @the_edras Kipenzi cha @themathias_qute_mena,” wrote MC Pilipili on Instagram.
Taking to Twitter, the mother of one shared a screenshot of the post and wondered why a celebrity with over 2 Million followers would post such a thing. She went ahead asked the comedian to pull down the post.“A public figure with about 2mil IG followers just took a picture OF MY DAUGHTERS FEET when she was six weeks old, off my IG page and used it as his own. I dunno, thats just…...strange... This is very strange. This is my picture; these are my daughter’s feet” Brenda wrote.

This comes barely two months after another popular Tanzanian comedian Mwijaku claimed that Diamond and Tanasha’s son, Naseeb Junior, is his.

Mwijaku had been all over social media, claiming that he is the father of Tanasha’s son and not Diamond Platnumz. The claims evoked mixed reactions from different people among them, veteran singer Ray C, who was among those annoyed by the claims. She advised Tanasha Donna to sue the presenter.
"There are things we do as human beings that are very stupid and to you Mwijaku you're not doing something good at all," Ray C commented adding that, "In our neighbouring country, you would have been in jail for this. @tanashadonna, get a lawyer and sue this b*ch a* n**ga. This is beyond disrespectful."
Tanasha went on to announce that Mwijaku would be hearing from her lawyers soon. "Empty vessels make the loudest noise, sis. You know empty? He will be receiving a letter from my lawyer soon. Let's see if he'll still be as enthusiastic by the time he's in court," she said.
Mwijaku finally offered an apology, saying that he never called Naseeb his biological dad, explaining that back in Kigoma where both he and Diamond come from; people call each other brothers, sisters and your brother’s child can be easily yours.

Tanasha decided to withdraw the charges and move on since the controversial presenter offered a public apology. “When you realize you have done a mistake and apologize, I believe everybody deserves forgiveness kwa hivyo nitamsamehe. We took it very seriously because it’s very wrong to come and claim another man’s child and a woman you have never spoken to in your life for stupid clout,” she said.
The issue of posting photos of infants on social media has generated heated debate in the recent past due to the nature of the internet and invasion of privacy. While some use social media as albums where they store memorable photos, others are working day and night to use the same for clout or criminal activities. Experts warn that sharing photos of infants and their location might leave them at risk of being abducted.
