This came to light after Vera responded to one of her fans who had blasted her by claiming that Vera was stooping too low by dating Otile Brown.
It all started after the fan told her she deserves better considering that she is a ‘boss lady’ and dating Otile Brown was akin to bringing her class down.
The comment seemed to have it a raw nerve as Vera immediately put her foot down in a long post.
‘’Who said dating a billionaire makes you a boss? Nah. It makes you a gold digger if wealth and status is what you value. Success isn’t sexually transmitted. If you’re an independent woman, you’d go for what the heart wants, not the wallet,’’ posted Vera.
Speaking of women who have made it financially, the socialite added that that there was more to life besides money.
