Popular Mombasa showbiz actor Hassan Faisal has denied rumours that he has been dating celebrated Tanzanian actress Sabby Angel.
“All I was doing was promoting her acting career in Kenya. I was not her boyfriend, never was I married to her,” Hassan told MondayBlues.
“It is true I housed her and I am still taking care of her Mombasa business but that does not mean we are an item,” he added.
Hassan Faisal, who is popularly known as ‘Mr President’ in showbiz circles is wedding this weekend.
Only a month ago did he introduce his fiancée to his friends before announcing that he was ready to tie the knot with Amina Yussuf, an events management personality.
The Sh3 million wedding ceremony kicks off on Friday with celebratory events organised to take place over the weekend at Sarova Whitesands, Prime Comfort and Milele Beach Hotel.
The invites-only affair will feature top politicians among them Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi, musicians Nyota Ndogo, Ali B, Kingsting and Susumila.
“Amina and I have been dating for quite some time now but we had kept this under wraps as she is media-shy. This is a dream come true. She complements me,” Hassan remarked.
