We were shooting House of Lungula last year and in one of the scenes, I was supposed to be completely naked with only a scarf covering my manhood. In the middle of the shoot, the scarf flew off, exposing my manhood to the cast and crew and capturing it on camera. I stayed still for a while, laughing at myself, and then picked up the scarf and continued shooting. I talked to the camera person and he agreed to erase that part.
