The penchant by a long serving MP, who represents a constituency that is in urban area, to always sit on the fence, when it comes national and county issues has angered some voters.
A section of the constituents who spoke to The Grapevine claim that their representative in the national assembly is often mum on key matter affecting them, yet he is supposed to be their mouth-piece.
“Our MP has never pronounced himself on any national issue or county matter. We can’t continue suffering in silence yet we have a man in office that is mandated to speak on our behalf," said a resident on social media.
The legislator in question has served more than a decade in parliament.
