Eldoret-based road safety instructor Moses Keguro, his wife, and four children were on December 23 involved in an accident when the car they were traveling in collided with a matatu
The family was going from Nairobi to Eldoret for holidays when the matatu that had just dropped passengers rejoined the highway at high speeds.

The family was taken to Mediheal Hospital by good Samaritans. Speaking to the media, Mr. Keguro said they got injuries but they were thankful to God for saving their lives.

Mr. Keguro’s wife, who suffered fractures on her arms will have to undergo surgery together with one of the children. They sustained neck, arm, and head injuries.
According to witnesses, the driver of the matatu escaped immediately leaving his passengers stranded.
