Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chair Wafula Chebukati has postponed elections in for counties namely Siaya, Homa Bay, Kisumu and Migori.
He said the elections will be conducted in the said areas will be held on Saturday, 28th October 2017.
While protesting, Siaya resident killed a dog and hang it outside one polling station in an act of boycotting elections.
KTN News Senior Reporter Duncan Khaemba was at the polling station and had the residents explain to him why they did that.
