Former Tanzania Prime Minister Edward Lowassa has plaudite Kenya's democratic space and country's development over the years terming it as outstanding in East Africa.
Lowassa said the country had made strides ahead of other EAC member states so admirably that Kenyans should learn not to blame themselves as they were already surging much ahead in the region's development.
He spoke during the burial of the late Joseph Nkaissery at Bisil, Kajiado county and mourned the late General as a great leader.
Mr Lowassa took it up to preach for peace and harmony in Kenya as the country prepares for the August General elections urging the polity not to take the state back to the 2007 post elections skirmishes.

"You have had several elections and in the past violence that put Kenya to shame was witnessed. Kenyans should not go back to the same violence again," said Mr Lowassa.
The former PM interesting termed the country's capital,Nairobi, as a got to destinations for many Tanzanians who might lack a service or commodity in his home country.
He said when Tanzanians have challenges in getting anything they wanted back home at top cities, mentioning the capital, ended up being sorted out in Nairobi.
